Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe peaches (freestone preferred)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey (mild-flavored)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Wash peaches, halve them, and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, and cinnamon (and optional add-ins).
- Place peach halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle the glaze evenly over each peach.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until peaches are fork-tender and caramelized.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
