Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (about 1 sleeve) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, toffee bits, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Grease lightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press firmly into the prepared pan. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the hot crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips (and any optional add-ins).
- Return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes, until condensed milk is bubbly and chocolate is melted.
- Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack (2-3 hours or chill in fridge) before lifting out and cutting into bars with a sharp, lightly oiled knife.
