  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup brewer’s yeast (food grade)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit or nuts

Instructions
