Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, peaches, apples), washed and chopped
  • 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute (to taste)
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of spice (e.g., cinnamon)

Instructions

  • Prep Fruit: Wash, core (if necessary), and chop your fruit.
  • Blend: Combine fruit, lemon juice, and any optional sweeteners/flavorings in a high-speed blender. Blend until perfectly smooth.
  • Spread: Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Pour the fruit puree onto the sheet and spread evenly, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.

  • Prep Time: 15 mins
  • Cook Time: 3-6 hours (dehydration)
