Ingredients
- 1 cup high-quality mayonnaise (vegan mayo for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste)
- 4–6 anchovy fillets, packed in oil, finely minced (or 1 tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, or to taste
- Optional: pinch of smoked paprika
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather and measure all ingredients. Finely mince garlic and anchovies (if using).
- 2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and anchovies/Worcestershire.
- 3. Add Flavorings: Add minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and optional smoked paprika to the blender.
- 4. Blend Until Smooth: Process on high speed until completely smooth and emulsified. Scrape down sides if needed.
