Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the Broth: In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • 2. Add Pastina & Stir: Add the gluten-free pastina to the simmering broth. Stir constantly for the first 2-3 minutes to prevent clumping.
  • 3. Cook to Al Dente: Reduce heat to low-medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes, or according to package directions, until pastina is al dente and most broth is absorbed.
