Wobbly Jello Eggs

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 Jello Eggs (approx. per 3oz box)

Description

Discover how to make vibrant and fun jello eggs with our easy, no-bake recipe. Perfect for a wobbly, fruit-flavored treat that delights all ages!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) package flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water (or fruit juice for extra flavor)
  • Non-stick cooking spray (optional, for plastic molds)
  • Egg-shaped molds (plastic or silicone)

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare Molds: Lightly spray plastic molds with non-stick cooking spray and wipe out excess. Silicone molds may not need this step. Arrange molds on a tray.
  • 2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a heat-proof bowl, add gelatin powder. Pour 1 cup boiling water over it and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • 3. Add Cold Water: Stir in 1/2 cup cold water (or fruit juice) until combined.
  • 4. Fill and Chill: Carefully pour the jello mixture into your prepared molds. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  • 5. Unmold & Serve: Gently pull the edges of the mold away from the jello. If needed, briefly dip plastic molds in warm water to release. Invert onto a plate and serve immediately.
