- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries or apricots (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients (oats, flaxseed meal, brewer’s yeast, and any dry add-ins) in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add the nut butter and maple syrup/honey to the dry mixture. Mix well with a sturdy spatula or your hands until everything is fully incorporated and forms a cohesive, sticky dough.
