- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat/gluten-free blend)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted melted butter or neutral oil (plus more for cooking)
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons pureed fruit or finely grated veggies
Instructions
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Whisk in the egg and milk until well combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
